Amanda Holden was flooded with compliments from fans following her latest update on social media, as she shared a photo dump of snaps showcasing her toned physique.
"Last dump #barbados what a dream. To be with family and friends in glorious sunshine was just what we needed," the Britain's Got Talent judge captioned her post, which she shared with her 2.5 million Instagram followers.
People soon rushed to the comments to share their compliments, as fans were left stunned at the 54-year-old's "beautiful" toned figure which she flaunted in various bikini's for a new shoot.
One person wrote: "You have a beautiful body," alongside a love heart as others echoed similar sentiments such as "Absolutely stunning beautiful," with the comments piling up gushing over the ITV talent show judge.
Other people shared flame emojis on the post, with some fans left speechless as they shared humorous GIFs and memes indicating they were open-mouthed at the post.
Amanda had been modelling some items from Isabelle Meira swimwear, which has previously had pieces featured in Vogue magazine.
The BGT judge has previously opened up on her tips and tricks for looking after her toned body, including an annual detox and gold facials.
Amanda shared how practicing yoga not only had mental benefits but also physical improvements: "There's one exercise called the Breath of Fire which is great for abs. But it's also a good pick-me-up when you're tired – honestly, it's better than a cup of coffee!," she explained.
"My body got strong and any excess fat disappeared. It's definitely made my tummy flatter." In pursuit of fitness, Amanda is also an avid runner and has engaged in impressive hikes, including Snowdon in 2022.
