Annie Kilner looks set to secure half of her husband Kyle Walker's £27m fortune if they divorce, according to a family law expert.
The long-suffering WAG, 31, has finally decided to call it quits with Kyle, 34, after Celebs Go Dating star, Lauryn Goodman, 33, revealed he had fathered her second child, Kinara, one, as well as her son, Kairo, four.
Mum-of-four, Annie, has kept a dignified silence throughout the turmoil, but is now reportedly preparing to fight for half of Kyle's £27 million fortune with the help of her lawyers.
Speaking exclusively to the Mirror about the likelihood of the footballer's childhood sweetheart walking away with £13.5m, Kelly Edwards, managing partner of Edwards Family Law, said: "It's very likely - the starting point in English law is that you share equally what has been made during the marriage, this includes cohabitation and so the fact they were childhood sweethearts (and presumably living together for quite a significant period) means she is entitled to share in those assets."

There is no distinction between the breadwinner and homemaker. The fact they have four young children will also have a significant impact on this."
The final straw for Annie reportedly came after Kyle moved back into their family home in Cheshire recently. Despite the footballer being back in the marital home after moving out when Lauryn went public with her daughter Kinara's paternity, the pair are said to be sleeping in separate beds as Annie has realised that "things are worse than ever" and that she is unable to forgive the Sheffield-born right-back for all he has done to her.
The couple have yet to speak out on when they will divorce, but according to Kelly, proceedings don't have to be painful as is often seen in other high profile cases.
Giving her view on how long Annie and Kyle's legal separation may take, she said: "Court proceedings will only be long and drawn out if they can’t agree on the division or disagreements about how it is to be paid. There's no need for it to be a long painful process, that’s down to them.
"Ultimately, they have four young children to look after and so the court's primary concern will be making sure their needs are met. The court will want to make sure she has a suitable home and income and will try to find a way for her to move towards independence from Kyle ASAP."
And in terms of how long the divorce may take, Kelly tells us "there's no such thing as a quickie", explaining that "the minimum time would be six months".
