A savvy baking guru has revealed a brilliant air fryer hack for creating scrumptious doughnuts in mere minutes.
Air fryers have become a kitchen staple in recent years, often favoured over traditional ovens due to their efficiency and cost-effectiveness, especially when cooking for smaller groups.
If you're a fan of baked goodies like doughnuts, this trick is a game-changer.
The baking whizz shared her quick and easy recipe for air-fried doughnuts, which takes just five minutes - a far cry from the usual deep-frying method.
This is an excellent alternative for those looking to reduce oil usage in their cooking, and it only requires four ingredients.

Candice Bannister, the mastermind behind Candy's Cupcakes, divulged her four-ingredient recipe, suggesting the use of ready-made dough for convenience.
However, it's crucial to ensure that the pre-made dough is suitable for doughnuts.
The remaining ingredients are simple: 50g icing sugar, two tablespoons of melted butter, and two tablespoons of Biscoff spread. Start by preheating your air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius, reports the Mirror.
While it's heating up, you can begin preparing your dough - divide it into small, equal portions to guarantee even cooking.

Once you've portioned them out, flatten each piece and carve a small hole in the middle - a small lid can serve as a makeshift tool if you don't have a doughnut cutter.
Next, arrange them in your air fryer, ensuring there's sufficient room between each doughnut and they're laid out in a single layer.
A quick four to five minutes is all it takes for them to cook, but do flip them midway to ensure an even, golden brown finish on both sides.
As they sizzle away, get your Biscoff spread melting in the microwave until it reaches a soft consistency.
Once your doughnuts are ready, dip them into the melted spread, dust with icing sugar, and there you have it.
