Dr Punam Krishan made sure Scotland was on the map in the Strictly Come Dancing history books during the 2024 series last year as she took to the ballroom.
The 41-year-old BBC Morning Live star dazzled audiences while partnered with pro dancer Gorka Marquez. Their routine set to Bhole Chudiye was a trailblazing moment, as the show's first ever traditional Bollywood dance number.
Despite her historic turn on the series and becoming the fifth celeb to exit, Dr Punam has ruled out joining the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour.
Speaking to the Mirror, she explained: "There's just no way I could juggle my NHS schedule with the tour so I'll be very much supporting all my pals who are doing it and I can't wait to watch them but no, it's not something I'll be doing!"
She continued: "I'm such a homebird as well, I just about managed to do the weekends when we were down in London and I'd be back [home] on the Sunday. I love going to watch the tour, it's so much fun!"
Reflecting on her stint, the Scots doctor affirmed: "It's been hands down one of the most amazing and phenomenal experiences of my life."
She added: "I think the one thing that my job very much teaches me is that now is the only moment you've got and time is finite.

"My job gives me that sense of insight and perspective so when an opportunity like Strictly comes along you're like once in a lifetime for sure and this has been such an exciting chapter and I can't wait to tell my grandkids about it one day!
"From the sparkles and the sequins to the scrub life, it's quite a transition!"
Dr Punam's stint on Strictly ended during Halloween week when she and partner Gorka Marquez found themselves out-danced in the elimination round by Shayne Ward and his partner Nancy Xu.
