Reality TV star Olivia Deane, hailed as one of the most glamorous contestants on The Traitors, opened up about her modelling career and her inspiring battle with cancer.
The 26-year-old has overcome significant challenges to achieve success in the modeling industry. Diagnosed with retinoblastoma at age 12, she underwent chemotherapy and eventually had her eye removed at 14 due to the cancer's aggressive return.
Despite these hardships, Olivia pursued a career in modelling, sharing glamorous photos online that caught the attention of agencies. She has since featured in major campaigns, including one for Primark, and appeared in Portuguese Vogue. Olivia also works as an influencer, openly sharing her journey by posting images with her prosthetic eye or with her eye socket uncovered.
Her openness about her experiences has resonated with many, leading to appearances on platforms like Katie Piper's "Extraordinary People" podcast. Olivia emphasised the importance of perseverance and maintaining a positive mindset, stating: "You go through the struggles, you go through the hardest moments in your life and then you find out what you’re made out of, you find out how much fire you can go through in your life.

Staying positive and speaking good encouraging words to yourself will always help.” In her personal life, Olivia is in a relationship with her partner, Max, and they share a son named Kaito. The Beautician and model was persuaded to take part by her mum, who's a huge fan of the show.
"I thought I'll just apply for it, but I didn't take it too seriously until I got a bit further in the process," she admitted ahead of the show airing for the first time this evening. "I used to think I'd be amazing as a Traitor, but I've thought about it and I'm actually an honest person. I think if I lie, nothing good will happen for me, so I always avoid lying. I do really want to be a Faithful and I think I'd be a good Faithful."
After a year-long wait, a third series of the BBC's hit game show The Traitors returned to TV screens and viewers were not left disappointed.
The third season kicked off at 8pm on New Year's Day (January 1), and introduced viewers to 25 contestants all hoping to make it to the stunning Ardross Castle and begin their The Traitors journey. However, it didn't take long for the group to be subjected to a major twist before they had even made it to the venue, and it was the most brutal the show has ever seen.
In a shocking moment that came just minutes into the episode, the train carrying the contestants came to a halt and started heading backwards. The voice of the show's host Claudia Winkleman then played over the tannoy, announcing that the contestants would have to oust three people from the train - one from each carriage - in order to progress on the show.
"I'm gifting you £10,000 right now to start your prize pot," she began. "But as you know, in this game everything comes at a price."
She explained: "Right now there are 25 passengers on this train, but there are only 22 spaces in the game so for three of you, your journey is now over. One person from each carriage will have to disembark the train before the game can start. It's up to you to decide who that will be."
