Bella Hadid channeled rockstar energy in a vintage Dolce & Gabbana shearling coat while stepping out in NYC on January 25. The model purchased the iconic piece from It’s My Sisters Vintage. The long-sleeved brown coat in suede style featured a fur collar, trim, and cuffs. It also included two huge front pockets. Hadid ditched the pants and paired the piece with brown leather knee-high shoes.

The 28-year-old model, who was spotted in Hudson Yards in New York City, carried a Louis Vuitton duffel bag featuring a plushie charm. She also sported a pair of retro-style tinted Chanel sunglasses. Hadid accessorized the simple yet glamorous look with huge gold earrings and a set of rings. Meanwhile, her hair was pulled back in a sleek ponytail with a side parting.

According to Vogue, Hadid’s latest fashion moment looked straight out of Penny Lane’s wardrobe. The “Almost Famous” character, played by Kate Hudson in the 2000 film, has inspired fashion trends over the years. Moreover, the shearling coat, aka the Penny Lane coat, remains iconic 25 years later. Several celebrities have continued to embrace the style and added their own twists to the look. Meanwhile, Hadid is the latest to channel the energy in the vintage Dolce & Gabbana piece.

On the same day, Hadid was also spotted shopping at a Yves Saint Laurent store in New York City. She sported a starkly different look with an all-black ensemble.
