Ben Foster filed for divorce from Laura Prepon, according to court paperwork obtained by In Touch on Tuesday, November 12.
The Alpha Dog star, 44, filed the paperwork electronically, listing their separation date as September 9. Ben cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for his split from Laura, 44, saying in the document that they were “unable to live together successfully as husband and wife.”
Ben and Laura share two children. Daughter Ella was born in August 2017, while the duo welcomed a son in February 2020. The actor asked the court to enforce a 2018 prenuptial agreement between the pair. The former couple married on June 3, 2018.
