Brad Pitt & Ines de Ramon’s Romance Has Allegedly Hit a Major Snag over a ‘Touchy Subject'

Ever since Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie finalized their divorce after literal years of back and forth, many want to know what’s next for Pitt, and if his future includes his longtime girlfriend Ines de Ramon. Now, insiders say they want to make big steps, like eventually getting married and having children. However, there’s one thing that’s allegedly stopping them: a pre-nup.

Insiders told InTouch Weekly that while Pitt wants Ramon to sign a pre-nup, she’s super hesitant. In fact, she’s allegedly so hesitant that it’s halting their wedding plans.

“The wedding is on hold. The main reason is that she’s refusing to sign a prenup. Ines doesn’t want to totally sign away her rights. It’s become a touchy subject for both of them,” the insider said to the outlet. “Brad knows a prenup is necessary to move forward with Ines, but he isn’t in a place where he wants to deal with any more legal back-and-forth. At this point, it’s easier to sidestep it altogether and push the marriage dialogue off.”

While “Brad has every intention of being with Ines long-term,” this has allegedly put a major strain on their relationship. They said, “Ines wants to marry Brad and start a family with him. Taking that next step without ensuring she will be protected isn’t all that appealing to her, though. While she understands Brad has been through the ringer with Angelina, it seems unfair she has to pay the price for how jaded he’s become.”

For those who don’t know, Pitt and Ramon were first seen out together in Nov 2022, less than six months after it was announced that she and her estranged husband, Vampire Diaries alum Paul Wesley, called it quits. Since then, they’ve moved in together and made their official debut at the F1 Grand Prix of Great Britain at Silverstone Circuit in July 2024.

Then, they made their red carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival on Sept 2024.
