Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia is getting candid about how her relationship with ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan affected her health.

In a TikTok video posted to her account on Tuesday, November 12, LaPaglia, 25, detailed her weight loss while dating the country singer, 28, and asked followers for tips to regain weight.

"I touched on in the podcast very quickly how I lost 15 pounds that I didn't have to lose in the relationship," LaPaglia noted in reference to the Thursday, November 7, episode of the BFF's podcast where she discussed the breakup.

The social media sensation explained that while she is naturally thin, she has reverted to the weight she was in her teenage years. "I'm a very skinny person. I've always been ... that's my build. I'm a skinny girl, but I've always been like healthily skinny. I just gain what my body can gain, but I've been down to 111 pounds for a while now, and that is not cool," she said. "I'm 5-feet-8, so that was my high school weight. I weighed 111 pounds when I was about 15 years old. My comfortable, normal weight was usually 130 pounds."

The PlanBri Uncut podcaster then displayed a photo on the screen of her body from when she first started dating the singer-songwriter saying she was around 130 pounds. Afterward, LaPaglia stood up and showed the camera what she looked like now, stating, "It's f**king crazy."

LaPaglia appeared emotional while explaining how her mental state deeply affected her physical well-being. "It's not because I didn't wanna eat, obviously. I was like physically sick from what I was going through mentally," she recalled. "When you're in a constant fight or flight, your body is so anxious to the point where you throw up, and you can't eat; you can't hold anything down. I just always felt like I was gonna throw up, so I would eat like one meal a day."

LaPaglia and Bryan dated for over a year before calling it quits in October. The influencer has divulged many details of the relationship to the public, claiming the "American Nights" singer was emotionally abusive and alleging that he offered her $12 million and an apartment in New York City if she agreed not to discuss the breakup.
