True to his straight talk on podcast It Is What It Is, Cam'Ron kept it real for Halloween.
Instead of wearing a full-fledged costume for the spooky holiday, the Harlem rap veteran pulled out a trusty hospital gown and wore a cardboard sign with a bold statement reading, 'I'm Sick of You Bitches.' In an Instagram carousel, Killa Cam literally looked sick, leaning on a trashcan for support while rocking his coziest Playboy bunny emblazoned slippers.
"This my Halloween outfit but this how really feel," Cam wrote as the caption. "I’ve been sick for about 12yrs from bum ass bitches and tender ass niggas. Pause. I didn’t give up yet tho, I’m still looking for a cure 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 pray for me 🥲"
Many of his Instagram followers responded with laughing emojis, excluding one particular user, who scolded Cam for his use of the word "bitches."
"As old as you are you need to be sick of yourself calling women Bi%ches . Go to church and grow up already," they wrote.
Cam'Ron wore the same gown on the latest It Is What It Is episode, while his co-hosts Mase and Treasure "Stat Baby" Wilson dressed as DaBaby and a Na'vi character from Avatar, respectively.
"So my Halloween outfit is really how I've been feeling for the last year. I'm sick," Cam said around the 3:20-minute mark of the video below.
He then flipped the sign over to the back, with it reading "And Tender Ass N***as.'
"I just wore it in case you ain't know why I've been sick the last year and a half. [I've] been pissed off to be honest with you," he continued.
