Cherylwill be seen discussing her son Bear in a new television interview, recorded prior to the tragic death of her ex-boyfriend Liam Payne.
The new interview, which sees Cheryl joined by the other members of Girls Aloud, is set to air in the days following Liam's funeral. This will be the first time the 41-year-old has been seen since the One Direction singer's death.
Cheryl and Liam began dating in 2016 before welcoming their son, Bear, the following year. The couple split in 2018, but continued to amicably co-parented their son.
Liam died after falling from a balcony in Argentina on October 16 at the age of 31. The former X Factor judge released a heartfelt tribute to her ex-partner following his death, but has maintained a low profile since then.
Prior to the premiere of The Girls Aloud Show: Live at The O2, London, which aligns with what would have been their late bandmate Sarah Harding's 43rd birthday, Girls Aloud participated in an interview with ITV, which will air on the weekend.

A conversation between Cheryl and her bandmates Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh, along with Ben Shephard on October 8 has been shared on ITVX ahead of the concert film. The group excitedly discussed their incredible reunion tour, which comprised 30 shows across the UK and Ireland.
"The music industry is such a young place, that when you're that young and you're shrouded in that ageism you just think we could never possibly do that at that age," Nicola pondered during the conversation.
Cheryl then highlighted "how fortunate" she and her three remaining bandmates are to reunite 22 years after first being formed on Popstars: The Rivals.
The Fight for this Love hitmaker also confessed that she, Kimberly and Nadine "became a bit cooler" with their children as they joined them on tour earlier this year.
Both Liam and Cheryl have previously shared the story behind their son's unique name. On RuPaul's What's The Tee podcast in 2019, Cheryl revealed that she didn't have a name ready immediately after his birth.

She recalled that a midwife began using the nickname in the hospital, explaining: "When I was in hospital, he would make these noises, and we had specialists coming in to check his breathing... it was quite sweet, but also worrying.
"However, there was nothing wrong, it was just him being him. The midwife would visit every day and say 'how's the little bear?' I didn't have the name in mind beforehand..."
She also shared: "I couldn't shake off the nickname Bear. We considered other options, but I didn't want him to be the third person with the same name in his class. I wanted him to have a unique name."
Liam corroborated the story behind his son's name during a 2017 appearance on the Late Late Show with James Corden, explaining that "one of the midwives said it" after hearing the newborn's vocal presence.
He recalled how a doctor assured him there was "nothing wrong" and that Bear simply liked to "make a lot of noise," adding: "And that's carried on ever since, so he just became Bear."
