Chloe Madeley's ex James Haskell 'dating stunning mum-of-two divorcee' after split

18 hours ago 2

Following the end of his marriage with Chloe Madeley, former England rugby star James Haskell has seemingly found love again. The 34-year-old is said to be in a burgeoning romance with advertising executive Helen Barclay.

Reports suggest that their relationship has been growing stronger over the recent months, after they initially met more than a year ago.

Their romance appears to be heating up, with the pair enjoying numerous outings together and quality time at each other's homes. Adding fuel to the rumour fire, they were seen at the Knightsbridge eatery Clap during what looked to be a cosy date night.

Further igniting speculation, James has not shied away from expressing admiration on Helen's Instagram posts, where he's called her "fit", showcasing his online charm.

James and Chloe officially split in October 2023 after five years of marriage

Photographs have surfaced showing the two in a comfortable embrace while dining out. Sources indicate that amid navigating their respective divorce experiences—James publicly separating from Chloe and Helen parting ways with her husband after more than ten years—they've found solace in one another, reports the Mirror.

An insider conversed with the publication, divulging: "James and Helen have kept their relationship relatively low-key, enjoying dates at coffee shops and restaurants, and going for walks since the latter end of 2023. But recently they've started to see more of each other and they're enjoying each other's company. They haven't said they're exclusive yet but they're certainly dating."

The insider revealed the pair share many similarities, saying: "It's fair to say they've helped each other in what has been a tough period of their lives."

The pair were first spotted together in March. As their apparent romance blossoms, the source claimed they're not putting pressure on things, adding that they're "exactly what they both need right now".

James and Chloe officially split in October 2023 after five years of marriage and over a decade together. Speaking on Olivia Attwood's So Wrong It's Right podcast last October, Chloe revealed what led her to end their long-standing romance.

She told the former Love Island star: "I'm one of those people that needs structure and routine. My ex, and I, I think, one of the reasons things became so hard for us was because he thrives in chaos. His schedule, I don't even remember when he was in England for a full week. He's all over the place and I just can't do that. Can't live like that."

"I think I knew that I was really unhappy,' she added. "And I think he knew that he was really unhappy too. But I don't think either of us ever would have predicted that we were going to break up. Ever."
