Christina Hall is pulling out the big guns in the hope of finally settling her divorce from Josh Hall.
The “Flip or Flop” star, 41, has reportedly hired powerhouse divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, whose impressive celebrity clientele includes A-listers like Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez as well as Kevin Costner.
“Christina was not happy with the progress or lack thereof,” a source told Us Weekly Monday regarding why the HGTV star decided to replace her previous counsel, DeArmey Law.
The insider added that Christina chose Wasser, 56, because she “decided to go with the best divorce attorney out there to try and wrap this up quickly and fairly.”
The Los Angeles-based lawyer is well-respected in Hollywood. Page Six exclusively reported last year that Britney Spears retained Wasser as her counsel in her divorce from Sam Asghari, years after the attorney had repped the pop star, 42, in her second marriage with Kevin Federline.
Wasser also represented Kim Kardashian in her divorce from Kanye West, and now the reality star, 44, is honoring her lawyer by playing a character inspired by her in Ryan Murphy’s new drama, “All’s Fair.”
Wasser’s representation does not come cheap, however. According to Bloomberg, she requires a $25,000 retainer fee and charges her clients $850 an hour.
Christina — who reportedly has a net worth of $25 million — filed to divorce Josh, 44, in July after nearly three years of marriage, and has been fighting to protect her assets ever since.

The real estate investor claimed that same month that her estranged husband had transferred $35,000 of her money into his bank account without her permission. He denied any wrongdoing at the time.
A source previously told Page Six that Christina offered Josh a “seven-figure settlement” through his attorneys, but he “denied it.” However, a source close to the realtor then told us that claim was untrue, too.
While the exes sort out their divorce in court, Christina was ordered in September to pay Josh $100,000 as a temporary settlement for their shared properties.
However, the contention continued with the “Christina on the Coast” star accusing her ex of stealing from her and her kids and him trying to stop the sale of his $4.5 million Tennessee home. Josh has reportedly also requested $65,000 in spousal support.
This is Christina’s third time dealing with a divorce within a span of just six years.
In 2018, she finalized her divorce from her “Flip or Flop” co-star, Tarek El Moussa, after nine years of marriage and two kids together: Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9.
She then divorced Ant Anstead in 2021 after three years of marriage. They share a 5-year-old son, Hudson.
