Coleen Rooney felt ready to sign up for I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! - because she can now "totally trust" husband Wayne, sources claim.
The TV personality, 38, reportedly told pals she only now has confidence her scandal-hit husband can keep out of trouble. It is understood her confidence in the former England ace has grown since he took the job as head coach of Plymouth Argyle in the summer.
And so Coleen, who married Wayne in 2008, has agreed to take part in the ITV show, which starts next month, for a blockbuster fee. A source said: "He’s grown up. He’s definitely changed and Coleen totally trusts him. This is one of the reasons she’s agreed to do the jungle.
"She knows she can go off and pursue her own work projects safe in the knowledge Wayne isn’t going to blow up and do something daft again. One of the most common factors in the incidents in the past has been that Wayne always seemed to go off the rails when Coleen was away, or when he was overseas and left to his own devices."

Bosses lured Coleen to take part in the flagship programme and are reportedly hoping she will spill all about her testing marriage with the former Manchester United player, as well as her feud with Rebekah Vardy.
Wayne, 38, spends most of the week away from Coleen and their sons; Kai, 14, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and six-year-old Cass because his job is based in Devon. The long-distance relationship has been tough but, according to friends, it has underlined to Coleen how the trust has grown.
Wayne had an unsuccessful spell last season as Birmingham City boss, and was fired in January. However he bounced back to be appointed as head coach by Plymouth, and has this season already won three league games, all triumphs at home.
His relationship with Coleen has had its ups and downs over the years too. The TV star almost dumped him after he went off the rails when she jetted off to Majorca in 2017. The former Everton striker was charged with drink-driving after ending up behind the wheel of another’s woman’s car.
