Despite his somewhat rocky history with Madison LeCroy, Craig Conover has grown up and moved on. Following the news that the Southern Charm star is expecting a baby with her firefighter husband Brett Randle, Craig graciously extended congratulations.
“I’m just happy for her,” Craig told Access Hollywood. “I love Brett. I’m hoping that the good news just keeps coming.”
Craig urges others to mend their broken relationships
Admitting that he and Madison didn’t always get along, Craig encouraged others to let go of grudges. Craig must be in a forgiving mood following his split with Paige DeSorbo, as he urged fans to mend their broken relationships.
“I think it’s great,” the Sewing Down South founder said about his time on the show. “Over a third of my life has been filmed now. [Just to] watch us go through it and see where we used to be, hopefully we can show people it’s never too late to get better.”
Amid Brett’s battle with thyroid cancer, Madison was thrilled to get the happy news that she is expecting Brett’s first child. She also shares a 12-year-old son, Hudson, with her ex-husband, Josh Hughes.
During a February 7 Amazon Live, Madison said she told her co-stars she was pregnant while they were filming Season 10. “Everyone was emotional,” she said. “The girls were crying, I was crying. I’ve never cried so much in my life. It’s been absolutely wild.”
Madison has always believed Brett would be a great father. “I know for a fact that Brett is going to be a great dad,” she added. “And that’s what makes me excited,”
The hair and makeup artist treasures her life as a mom. “The best thing I think about myself is being a mom,” she confessed. “I know a lot of moms will say that, but I really do believe, without Hudson I wouldn’t be here. I wouldn’t be the person that I am. And I’m just so thankful.”
