Daisy May Cooper has revealed a rather destructive Halloween incident that saw her father accidentally poison some children in the local area.

Daisy, 38, revealed in a new interview that her father had to take some trick-or-treaters to hospital after he accidentally poisoned them.

Daisy told Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2 she revealed: ‘My mum always goes all out at Halloween for the kids in the cul-de-sac. And this year, Dad had to sort of take over with the trick-or-treaters.’

‘And there was a bottle that was left on the side that had a label on it saying ‘spooky juice’

Daisy explained that her dad poured children a drink from this bottle when they popped by and he tried some himself, commenting that it tasted weird to his wife.

After telling his wife: ‘I don’t think much of that Spooky Juice!’ She revealed: ‘What do you mean? That’s the liquid for the smoke machine!’

She revealed that her dad then had to go over to the children’s house and they had to be taken to the hospital.

‘He’d poisoned these poor trick-or-treaters. So then Dad had to come to the house and he took the kids to the hospital. I mean, what an idiot,’ Daisy added laughing. ‘What an absolute… I mean, poisoning kids at Halloween?!’

Zoe was doubled over laughing as she defended Daisy’s dad: ‘But it did say spooky juice. I mean, what would you think that was?’

Singer Rick Astley,a guest on the radio show, then joked: ‘I’d love a shot of spooky juice.

‘That sounds amazing to me!’

The star gave birth earlier this year to a son named Benji with her partner, Bristol-based artist Anthony Huggins.

She was previously married to Will Weston, with whom she shares two children, a daughter and a son born in 2018 and 2020 respectively.

The ex-couple was first reported to have split in July 2021, 10 months after their son was born.
