Sir David Jason gave his stamp of approval after watching the Only Fools and Horses Musical.
The actor, who originated the character of Del Boy in the iconic series, attended the musical's Gala Night at London's Hammersmith Apollo on Wednesday evening (December 18).
Starring as Danny Driscoll, Vinnie Jones made his stage acting debut in the show. Comedy legend Paul Whitehouse returned as Grandad, while Sam Lupton took on the role of Del Boy.
After watching the production, the 84-year-old met members of the cast, including Whitehouse, 66, and Jones, 59.
And it's safe to say the British icon enjoyed the show as he admitted to The Sun: "It's hysterical. It’s very, very good."
He continued: "What I did like about it was that so much of the original script was used and they did it so well that sometimes it even took me by surprise and I was laughing."

Jones, who was joined by his girlfriend, Emma Ford, will play Danny Driscoll until the show's London run concludes in January.
Despite admitting he lives "in the shadow" of Del Boy, Jason confessed watching the show brought back fond memories.
He added: "So the whole show was a memory for me of the whole thing: the script, the characters - it was lovely to see them all. And everybody was working so well together, very much like we did originally, so I’m going to have a boo now, because I’m so moved."
Asked about the atmosphere after the production had concluded, Jason added: "It was unbelievable. They got a standing ovation at the end. I had to get out. I was embarrassed. How dare they get a standing ovation and I missed out on it."

When asked about his expectations for the show before watching, Jason admitted: "I don't know, I am full of anticipation. I have heard it is very good but I'm going to make my mind up when I see it.
"But it is getting big (theatre) houses, which is the main thing. So people are telling each other how good it is."
He also paid tribute to the show's original writer, John Sullivan, saying: "I'm sure John would be as pleased as punch to see how successful it is, because it's still reaching the audience that he wrote it for any key moments or characters."
He attributed the enduring success of Only Fools to John's exceptional writing skills, adding: "Not only was he just a gifted a brilliant writer, but he knew his characters, and he knew what it was like to be there."
