Diddy’s Lawyers Say ‘Freak-Off’ VIdeos Depicting Sex Prove Innocence

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ defense team claims that the mogul’s “freak off” videos prove his “innocence.”

A new court filing today from Diddy’s defense attorneys claim that the videos that depict sexual activity between his ex-partner Cassie Ventura and male sex workers confirm his innocence because they depict sexual acts between “consenting adults," per TMZ.

Prosecutors in Diddy’s case have nine videos of his alleged “freak offs” that they describe as “elaborate and produced sex performances.” The prosecutors allege the videos are evidence that Diddy drugged and kidnapped women for sexual activities and hired male workers to join.

Diddy’s defense attorneys are asking the judge for electronic copies of the “freak offs.” "Contrary to what the government has led this Court and the public to believe, the so-called 'Freak Offs' were private sexual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship," said defense attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos in the statement.

The statement also seemingly references Cassie Ventura, who herself alleged in a civil lawsuit that Diddy "regularly beat and kicked her," causing various injuries like “black eyes, bruises, and blood.”

"These videos unambiguously show that the person alleged in the indictment to be 'Victim-1' not only consented but thoroughly enjoyed herself," remarked the defense. "At bottom, this case is about whether Victim-I was or was not a willing participant in her private sex life with Mr. Combs. The videos confirm that she plainly was.”

Shocking details about Diddy’s “freak offs” have been revealed in recent months. In an unsealed indictment that was publicized after his arrest last September, it alleged that Diddy and the victims of his “freak offs” “typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use” after the events.

The indictment also stated that the events, which usually lasted several days, allegedly involved Diddy giving out “a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant."
