Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jennifer Aydin is still waiting to hear news about the next season. The show could move on without her in the wake of her recent wildly inappropriate behavior. Of course, Bravo could reboot RHONJ entirely, and we should have an answer in 2026. Yikes! In the meantime, Jennifer may want to cut down on the public meltdowns. Now, Real Housewives of New York alum Dorinda Medley is sharing her hot take on the debacle.
Dorinda Medley calls Jennifer Aydin’s Jersey Mike’s antics “so offensive”
During her tirade at Jersey Mike’s, Jennifer filmed the employees, posted it on her Instagram Stories, and age-shamed an 80-year-old employee. Yet she claimed she “was not rude.” SURE. Meanwhile, RHONJ star Margaret Josephs gave her opinion of Jennifer’s behavior. “I was embarrassed for her,” Margaret stated. “And I’m embarrassed for her family that she behaves that way.”
And Jennifer’s RHONJ co-star Danielle Cabral also commented. “So, we gotta change this, ladies. That’s not how we’re acting in public, at all,” she stated. “But I’m glad she filmed it, and I’m glad she posted it … because now you all get to see who this person really is.”
Finally, Dorinda weighed in during a visit to Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. “I have no idea what she was thinking,” Dorinda stated. “That was so offensive when you watched it. I mean, for any of us who ever worked in service, or have family and friends that work in service, you couldn’t be any worse.”
Of course, Dorinda said that we’ve all made filming faux pas. “We’ve all done it. We’ve all filmed something and whenever you look at it, you’re like, ‘Oh, no.’ I mean, I filmed stuff where something’s in the background or something’s showing that shouldn’t be showing and I’m like, ‘Ooh,’” she explained.
Dorinda continued, “It was a holiday, Jan. 1, a new year, early in the morning. It was like, what time, six in the morning? So you’ve got to figure that poor woman, who was what, 80 or something, was getting up at three in the morning to make a sandwich. It’s just not anything I can understand,” she added. Same here.
Plus, Dorinda advised Jennifer to “review your videos before [she posts] them and suggested that she “needs to stay off social media.” Hey – Dorinda is just trying to make life nice for the rest of us.
As for Dorinda, she is currently competing on The Traitors Season 3. I think that Dorinda will make a formidable opponent.
