Drake Announces Australia Tour, Says PartyNextDoor Collab Album Is ‘75% Done’

Drake will be hitting the road next year on the other side of the world, and that's not all. During his surprise visit on xQc's livestream Sunday night, he also revealed that his long-awaited album with PartyNextDoor is almost complete.

But before getting into all that, Drake made sure to let the people know that he's still intact after his highly publicized beef with Kendrick Lamar.

"I'm here, fully intact. Mind, body & soul… You need facts to take me out, fairytales won't do it," Drake said while sipping on some alcohol.

After that disclaimer, he gave fans an update on what comes next.

"I'm coming to Australia for the first time in eight years, coming back to Australia on tour it's actually funny enough called the Anitta Max Wynn tour," he announced. "Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast."

Drake said the tour would begin on February 9, which happens to be the same day that Kendrick Lamar will play the Halftime Show at Super Bowl LIX.

The last time Drake came to Australia was in 2017 for the Boy Meets World Tour. Drizzy played seven shows in the country and an additional pair of outings in nearby New Zealand.

The Toronto rapper then provided a very juicy update about his long-gestating collab album with PartyNextDoor. "Me and Party's album is 75 percent done shout out to PX cooking right now," he said. "Album sounds incredible...This album is good; it's the sound that people know and love us for."

Drake first announced the joint album back in August, and said it will arrive once the weather is "a little chilly." Party also said that the album would have 15 songs in total.
