Drake's fans were furious after they were forced to wait hours outside the Brisbane Entertainment Centre before his concert.

The Race My Mind rapper is currently touring in Australia and New Zealand, with the star performing three shows in Brisbane. On February 24, fans arrived at the gig at the Queensland venue only to be struck waiting in queues for hours without any access to toilets or food.

Doors were set to open at 5:30pm but crowds started getting into the venue at 7pm. However, some were still stuck outside waiting at 8pm. Fans immediately rushed to social media to share their complaints, with one revealing: "Drake concert brissy situation! Gates were meant to open 5:30pm its now 7:16pm lollllll," along with a video of the huge crowd outside.

In the clip shared on TikTok, the poster filmed the hundreds of people surrounding him from all sides. The group looked bored and annoyed as they patiently waited. Another user posted online: "Drake let us in, we're dying out here," while one desperate user added: "Help I need to pee."

While some found the bathroom, they pointed out: "There's hundreds in line, it's a joke." The Mirror have reached out to the BEC and Drake's reps for comment. According to the venue, gates opened at 5:30pm while arena doors opened at 6:45pm. Drake's concert was due to start at 8pm.

Meanwhile, Drake is preparing for a busy summer as it was recently announced he will be headlining all three days of Wireless Festival in Finsbury Park, London, which runs the weekend of Friday July 11 to Sunday July 13 and celebrates it's 20th anniversary in 2025.

He last performed in the UK back in 2019, playing seven nights at London's O2 Arena as part of his Assassination Vacation tour. Though he popped up at Wireless during a surprise appearance during Future's set in 2021, this is the first time Drake will have played one of his own gigs since.

The Wireless Festival announcement came a few days after Kendrick Lamar made a savage dig at Drake at the Super Bowl halftime show. The tv off rapper made history as the most-watched halftime act of all time. During the show, Kendrick - who has been feuding with Drake since 2013 - took shots at his rival multiple times, even referencing Drake's lawsuit against UMG and bringing his ex-girlfriend and tennis champion Serena Williams onto the stage.
