DWTS Champ Stuns Fans With Before & After Photos

Former “Dancing with the Stars” champion and “The Bachelorette” star Kaitlyn Bristowe got fans talking with an interesting before and after pair of photos of herself.

In a new social media post, Bristowe shared an older photo showing her around the time she did Chris Soules’ season of “The Bachelor,” and another that is more recent.

In the caption, Bristowe acknowledged she looks significantly different in the two photos. However, she noted, “Believe it or not I’ve done more work on the inside.”


Kaitlyn Bristowe Believes the Work She’s Done ‘on the Inside’ Has Had a Major Impact on Her

On December 30, Bristowe took to Instagram page and shared the post that prompted an immediate response from fans.

She noted that people can’t physically see the work she’s done on the inside, “But I’ve never felt it more.”

Bristowe added, “To the people who always wanna comment ‘you were so much prettier before all the work you’ve had done.’ I suggest you do the important work on the inside before judging what’s on the outside.”


Fans Responded to the Post With Lots of Support

Over 600 responses poured into the comments section of Bristowe’s post within the first few hours after she shared it. Most of the comments were positive and supportive.

“Love this!!!! I will never understand why people need to challenge the internal healing and work others do. We’re cheering you on girl. You look amazing and always have,” wrote one supporter.

“You’re so beautiful, Kait. I appreciate that you’re so raw and real and show us the mess with the good. What I’m trying to say is… you normalize being HUMAN. Thank you,” another fan wrote.

“THIS POST 👏👏👏 We love you Kaitlyn I know I don’t know you personally but you continue to be an inspiration to me to live our lives as authentically as possible,” read someone else’s comment.

A separate Instagram user shared, “We can see the work you’ve done on the inside, very much! Your energy, success and authenticity shine, which shows heavily the work you’ve put in to make [it] this far.”

That commenter continued, “While I’m sure it’s only a sliver we see, it’s seen! Your (sic) inspiring to many, in your honesty for anxiety and mental health and proof, women can do big things successfully! You’ve also taught me to manifest the [expletive] out of everything! We see you KB!”
