EMILY Atack has revealed that she was SNUBBED from the Inbetweeners reunion.
The 34-year-old, who has recently become a mum, played Charlotte Hinchlifee in the Channel 4 show 14 years ago.
The comedy, created by Damon Beesley and Iain Morris, ran for three successful series between 2008 and 2010.
This was then followed by The Inbetweeners Movie in 2011 and The Inbetweeners 2 three years later.
Over the years there have been talks of the cast getting back together for a reunion - but it sounds like Emily wasn't involved.
Radio host Will Manning asked Emily on Capital Breakfast about the movie rumours, and if she would do it.
Emily said: "Oh I haven’t heard about this, I don’t know.
"We’d all be quite a lot older now.
"What was quite funny was when we filmed the series I was only 17, I’d just left school, but the boys were well into…
"I think they were in their 20’s, early thirties."
Will replied: "Isn't that mad how they pulled that off."
"They were shaving their chests every morning in the makeup trucks," Emily said.
Inbetweeners stars reunite for the first time in five years
"And shaving their faces within an inch of their lives.
"With he razors, every morning, lots of shaving rashes on that job."
Will McKenzie took on the role of Simon Bird, Joe Thomas played Simon Cooper, James Buckley was best known for being Jay Cartwright and Blake Harrison played Neil Sutherland.
Emily took on the role of reoccurring character Charlotte, who was the popular girl in school, and who was also the year above the boys.
She also had a soft spot for Will.
Just last month Simon Bird broke his silence on plans for a third movie.
It comes after his co-star Joe Thomas said all the main cast would be keen to get back together a decade on from the last movie.
Unfortunately there aren't any plans in the near future.
"I'm afraid to be the one pouring cold water on this but it's not happening," he told the Mail.
"I can tell you emphatically that there are no prospects of a reunion."
However, the star did not rule it out and said he along with the cast would be keen for a reunion, but it was up to the writers.
Simon added: "We'd be happy to but it's not up to us, it's up to the writers, Iain and Damon, and I know they're both very busy these days.
"It's not more likely to happen now than it was ten years ago I'm afraid."
Back in August it was reported that Emily could have missed out on appearing in the third film after her ex James Buckley was accused of axing her from the reunion.
But off-screen she had "a couple of snogs" with Jay Cartwright actor James Buckley, who is said to have blocked her from taking part in the 10th anniversary reunion in 2019.
A source at the time told The Sun: "Emily got a call from producers 24 hours before she was due on set.
"They were deeply embarrassed and apologetic. They had to explain that James had asked she be taken off the show."
The pair had a couple of cheeky snogs back in the day when they were both single. But James allegedly didn't want it to become a major issue on the reunion set, or with his wife Clair.
"The kissing meant nothing to Emily and has never been an issue for her," said the source. "She was very taken aback to be told she wasn’t needed, and genuinely gutted.
“She thought everything was good to go, and was looking forward to reuniting with the guys."
Back in 2018 Emily revealed that she was dropped from the Inbetweeners reunion show just the day before filming was due to start.
Asked why she was absent from filming the show's tenth anniversary special, Fwends Reunited that year, she told Capital FM: "Unfortunately, I don't really know what happened there.
"I was booked to do it, was very much looking forward to doing it and then the day before I was told I was no longer needed for it."
She added: "It's alright these things do happen and I think they just decided to go a different route with it, I don't know, or it was to do with production timings and things.
"These things do happen and they're just doing a different route I think and I wish them all the best and I know it's going to be great and the fans won't be disappointed."
