Ethan Slater Says Girlfriend Ariana Grande Is A 'Comedy Genius' 

No more secrecy! Ethan Slater just GUSHED about his girlfriend Ariana Grande on national television!

During an episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show this week, the Broadway star said the singer is a “comedy genius,” saying of her role as Glinda in the upcoming Wicked movie:

“She’s so funny. I mean, she’s amazing in this film.”

He praised Ari and Cynthia Erivo for the way they “bring depth to these roles,” adding:

“[Depth] that you can find on stage, the women who have played these roles on stage are incredible, but when you’re doing a film, you’re so close. You know, the difference between when you’re doing a role on stage and on film. You’ve just gotta think those thoughts. They were so incredible and nuanced, and Ari’s hilarious. I can’t wait for people to see the takes that didn’t make it in.”
