Rudy Giuliani, the former attorney for Donald Trump, has been ordered to turn over millions of dollars in assets to two Georgia election workers he defamed after the 2020 presidential election.
The election workers were awarded a $148 million defamation judgment against him. He tried to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying the judgment… but the judge dismissed his motion.
(CNN) — A federal judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to turn over all his valuable possessions and his Manhattan penthouse to Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, the Georgia election workers he defamed and to whom he now owes $150 million.

Now Giuliani, a former New York Coty mayor, must hand over his New York City apartment, more than two dozen luxury watches, and a 1980 Mercedes once owned by movie star Lauren Bacall within seven days or he could face more punishing legal action.
He must also give up some of his sports memorabilia and some furniture items.
Giuliani fought to keep a watch that once belonged to his grandfather but according to the judge, “The watch may be distinctive to defendant as an item of sentimental value, but it is not distinctive to the law.”
