Gabby Logan has shared intimate details about her marriage to husband Kenny Logan, revealing a bedroom secret that has helped keep their relationship happy and strong. The 51-year-old sports presenter, married to the former rugby union star, 52, for 23 years, admitted that their secret to marital bliss is simple—two duvets.

Speaking to The Mirror, Gabby joked about Kenny's quirky solution to a harmonious relationship: “He would say two duvets!”

She went on to explain: “But also making each other laugh and having respect for each other's goals and dreams and hopes, and to never feel jealousy. We're enormously proud and supportive of one another.”

The couple’s close relationship, however, has been through challenges, especially after Kenny’s recent battle with prostate cancer, which impacted their personal life. Kenny was diagnosed with the illness and underwent surgery to remove his prostate.

After being given the all-clear in 2023, he spoke candidly about how the treatment affected his sex life, admitting that his “sex life was not consistent” and describing how the operation left him “black and blue downstairs”.

Kenny’s decision to speak openly about his prostate cancer has helped raise awareness. He shared with FEMAIL that the diagnosis came after listening to an episode of Gabby’s podcast, The Mid Point, where he learned about the risks of prostate cancer in men over 50.

"I had no knowledge about this," Kenny said, "and I was so oblivious... This is the age, basically, to get yourselves tested."

While Kenny was keen to raise awareness about the disease, the continued conversations about his sex life have become a point of contention with their son, Reuben.

Gabby revealed that her son had asked his parents to “stop talking about your sex life,” a sentiment shared by Kenny’s mother, who also commented on their public discussions.

Gabby recounted Kenny’s mother saying: “Oh, you're in the paper today talking about your sex lives again,” to which Kenny responded: “Well, it's not really that, Mum. It was about prostate cancer.”

Despite the awkwardness, Gabby expressed pride in her husband for addressing the realities of prostate cancer, explaining how important it is to talk openly about the risks and emotional challenges that come with it.

"Talking about the realities of having prostate cancer and the risks of your functionality not being as good or going completely was a big emotional thing to deal with," Gabby said.

Gabby also discussed how she and Kenny are adjusting to life as empty nesters, with their twins, Lois and Reuben, both 19, having recently left home.

Speaking to Bella Magazine, Gabby said, "Although it's sad, it brings with it flexibility. You can do things that you wouldn't have done before," reflecting on the new stage of their life together.
