Gemma Atkinson didn't let vile social media trolls get her down after they took aim at her gym-toned physique.
The star has been sharing her body transformation with her two million followers on Instagram. She put in a lot of hard work to get to where she is but that didn't stop vile people from telling her that she needed to "lay off the daily workouts" as they slammed her toned body.
In a new video posted on her page, she shared several examples of the hateful messages she received, with one user writing: "She needs to lay off the daily workouts. Her thigh is the size of his head," and another posting: "She's bulking up like a bloke too much, Gemma."
One even said: "When the woman has a frame like a man and vice versa, he looks like a little mouse next to her," referring to her husband Gorka Marquez. She wrote on the montage video: "Remember, people like this will always exist. Jealous and insecure because you're doing something they can't. Full of self-hate because you're happy and full of self doubt because you're so confident."

Don't let that stop you from working on yourself, your health, your goals. Keep doing what you love. Keep being strong AF and keep having fun even when they try to stop you."
She added a number of workout videos and gorgeous snaps of herself said: "Keep moving! (They wish they could do the same). They wish they had your motivation. I've got your back! More of us exist. And we're raising our kids to carry on being themselves regardless of idiots."
Gemma posted a quote which said: "A dude told me I look like a man. I told him, if he lifted like me, he could too." She wrote over it: "One day they might be as lucky." Captioning the post, the star wrote: "At school, at work or on the internet people like this will always exist. DO NOT let it stop you being you! No one can make me change how I view myself or my body. Especially some coward behind a computer."
Friends and fans rushed to the comment section to share their support, with her husband Gorka joking: "I look like a little mouse [laughing face emojis] that crack me up." Fleur East wrote: "Ha ha I love this! Not that you need the validation, but your strength is inspiring and I don’t mean just physical strength. I mean, mentally, the focus you have. Crack on mama!!"
