GK Barry has landed in Australia and will soon be entering the jungle. This stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! will propel the presenter from a Gen Z fave to a household name - but do you really know her name? Yep, the internet influencer - who has half a million subscribers on YouTube for her podcast Saving Grace - uses a fake moniker.
During an appearance on Kiss FM in the summer, Radio DJ Tatum McGreal asked GK, 25, about her alias, saying: “Is your surname actually Barry?” The star then responded: “No it’s my best mate's name. I’m a fake Barry."
GK, who also has 3.6 million TikTok followers then joked : “I know, all my f***king contracts are to Grace Barry and I thought if you guys ever try and sue me It’s not my name.”

Saving Grace/Youtube)GK Barry’s real name is in fact Grace Eleanor Keeling - and the K in her name represents her real surname. Many of her fans were gobsmacked to learn this news, taking to social media to comment on the video. One wrote, “No way!!” while another mused, "Imagine if they stopped being friends.” A third chimed in, writing: "The real Barry," added a third.
It remains to be seen if she will tell her campmates in Australia about her real name, as fans eagerly await the show’s start on Sunday 17th November. The social media star is starring in the XX series of I’m A Celeb alongside the likes of Strictly 's Oti Mabuse, Coronation Street star Alan Halsall, Loose Women co-star Jane Moore, boxing legend Barry McGuigan and Wagatha Christie herself, Coleen Rooney.
Before heading Down Under Grace, who is in a relationship with Ipswich Town footballer Ella Rutherford, revealed that she would miss her girlfriend a lot while away. She said: "When you are missing home and all you want is your comfort people, then that will be hard if they are not there. But my girlfriend is also very excited for me and thinks I will do really well. I have got her a cardboard cut out of me so it’s not when I am away."

Her new adventure into the jungle was nearly not to be after show bosses were reportedly in crisis talks after after GK Barry hosted an episode of her podcast, Saving Grace, with controversial adult content creator, Bonnie Blue, who has since been banned from visiting Australia herself.
During this interview with GK, Bonnie claimed she slept with hundreds of "barely legal" men aged 18 and 19 and was candid about touring universities during Freshers Week to sleep with as many students as possible.
Talking to the Metro Bonne said: “The backlash Grace got should have been aimed at me. Viewers were annoyed she gave me a platform, but in terms of her interview and style, it wasn’t an interview. It was never meant to be an interrogation.”
GK has since deleted the episode, and seems to have made amends with showrunners, but soon she will be up for public vote to see if she has really swayed opinion.
