The Siddiqui family, known for their appearances on Channel 4 's popular show Gogglebox since its first season in 2013, have received an outpouring of support following a special family announcement.
The family, consisting of Sid, Baasit, Raza and Umar, regularly share updates from their life off-screen on Instagram.
Last week, they revealed that it's a special day for the family as patriarch Sid celebrates his 80th birthday, reports the Liverpool Echo.
They posted a compilation from the birthday festivities, saying: "Happy 80th Birthday to the main man himself @sidsiddiqui38. Lots of fun getting together with the family for a birthday lunch to celebrate."
They also shared a video sent by Sid to the family group chat, a homemade birthday cake made by brother-in-law Simon, and some throwback photos of Sid looking dapper.
Fans were surprised to learn that Sid had turned 80, with one commenting: "Happy Birthday to the Boss! ! ! All the best to you. 80? ? ? No way."
Another shared a heartfelt message, saying: "Have the happiest of birthday's. - now please give me directions to your fountain of youth x"
Meanwhile, one fan expressed astonishment at the milestone with her comment: "80! ! ! ! Wow, you look amazing and definitely not 80 Happy birthday," another joined in with praise, stating: "Happy birthday grandpa Siddiqui! How can you be 80 and not have any wrinkles? ? ? You look A-Maz-ing!"
One fan cheekily celebrated their own special day as well, posting: "Happy birthday Me! ! You're looking great"

One viewer couldn't believe the age either, remarking: "80! ! ! No I would say 60 at most. Lots of love. Happy birthday."
As another simply added: "Doesn't look it!"
Amidst the flurry of compliments, Sid showed his gratitude towards his well-wishers, responding: "Thank you for all the birthday well wishes. Love Sid xx."
