@libbylilywallace/Instagram)Libby's birthday comes as her father, Gregg, has been under fire after being accused of sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour. The former greengrocer, 60, has been accused of making inappropriate sexual remarks by more than a dozen people over a 17-year period and has also been accused of groping individuals.
However, Wallace's lawyers strongly deny he "engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature". In the latest allegations against the dad-of-three, the presenter's ghostwriter, Shannon Kyle, made claims about her experience with Wallace and alleged he once dropped his towel revealing his naked body. She also claimed he inappropriately touched her and made sexual comments to her.
Her allegations in full, which Wallace's lawyers have "specifically denied", claim that the Peckham-born host shared explicit details of his sex life when they worked on his autobiography in 2012. Following the bombshell interview aired on Newsnight on Wednesday evening, lawyers acting on behalf of Wallace issued a statement
The statement read: "Our client has denied that he has engaged in any such behaviour, and he specifically denies any sexual misconduct with Ms Kyle."
It comes as the presenter is "committed to fully cooperating throughout the process" during the BBC's investigation process, a statement from the show's production company Banijay UK said. He has also stepped away from his role on the show amid the investigation. On Sunday morning, Gregg took to social media to challenge the accusations and claimed they came from "middle-class women of a certain age"
The next day, he returned to apologise for his comments regarding 'middle-class women of a certain age'.
