The Hollyoaks star and her fiancé Oliver Piotrowski are due to welcome their daughter next month

Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter announced she welcomed her second child, a baby girl, with fiancé Oliver Piotrowski.

Announcing the news on social media, she said: "She’s here …..! We are complete [heart emoji]. Thank you to everyone at Wigan hospital Especially @sandi_goulding who is our everything couldn’t of asked for a better day." She posted a sweet snap of herself holding her newborn's tiny hand.

Friends and fans rushed to congratulate the star on the happy news, with one person writing: "She’s amazing and you guy’s are amazing, best day getting to be with you all and being a tiny part of her arrival," and another person added: "Oh! My! Gosh! Huge Congratulations to you all."

Ferne McCann wrote: "Congrats babe," and Jen Metcalfe added 'love' with a few heart emojis. In May, Jorgie announced the pregnancy news on an episode of ITVBe's Drama Queens. She also shared the news on her Instagram page with a video of her, her fiancé, their son, and their dog covering a photo of the baby scan with their hands (and paw).

Jorgie has welcomed her second child

She captioned the post: "We’ve been keeping a little secret." Jorgie, who is already a proud mum to son Forest born in December 2022, has previously expressed her wish to have a "football team" of children. In an earlier episode of Drama Queens, which gives viewers a glimpse into the lives of several soap actresses, Jorgie and her fiance Oliver were seen discussing the prospect of expanding their family.

In 2021, the actress had excitedly announced that she was pregnant with quadruplets but tragically suffered a miscarriage at 14 weeks, a painful experience that has deeply affected both her and Oliver.Reflecting on this during the show, she said: "For me, talking about babies, I'm like 'yes, let's'. But Oliver, it's a bit more of a tentative subject because he obviously knows the past situations, what we went through, and also the risks. I was high risk.

"I could have literally died, and the doctors were telling him that..." The TV star struggled to contain her emotions as she confessed: "Oh, I get sad, because I think about him. Also, I've got no one else to talk to about it. Because I've had no one go through... I never met another quad mum, and I'm actually probably a bit more upset for the loss of them now. Whereas at the time, it made more sense, but... it's... when you think, 'aw, there could have been a football team'."
