Homes Under The Hammer star Dion Dublin was lost for words when he found out a bomb was discovered on a property.
Derby-based couple Lee and Laura told the host about the ordeal, which had them find a hand grenade nestled in the back bushes of the property. They purchased the plot at an auction for £60,000 and planned to build a four-bedroom home but their plans had to be put on hold when they found the grenade.
While making plans to lay the foundations, he discovered the bomb. Speaking to Dion about what happened, Lee said: "We found a bomb, didn't we?" A shocked Dion asked: "Hold on, what?" The entire street was evacuated after the bomb squad was called, with Lee explaining: "There was a 20-ft hedge along this fence, about six ft deep, and when the lads were digging it out, they came across a hand grenade.
"We had to call the police, and the bomb squad came down. They evacuated all the houses down here." Dion was lost for words by the information but Laura and Lee said their property was incredible besides the small inconvenience.

BBC)Laura and Lee planned to spend £170,000 on a three-floor house which they wanted to use as a rental property to give them extra income. Local estate agents said the property could bring in £1,200 in rent every month or be sold for £325,000.
Meanwhile, in November, Dion shared a rare post of his family on social media. The TV personality and former footballer, who is usually private about his home life, took to Instagram to post a heartwarming snap, which comes after the family faced the devastating loss of Dion's sister, whom he described as his "heartbeat and backbone".
The 55-year-old presenter, who has graced the pitch for Manchester United, tied the knot with Cheryl Dublin in 2017, and together they share their daughter Ruby Roseanne. Despite his fame, Dion prefers to keep his family moments out of the public eye, but occasionally treats his followers to pictures from their vacations or special outings, as we previously reported.
In a recent Instagram post, Dion captured a joyful moment with Cheryl and Ruby on a beach outing. The trio flashed big smiles for the camera, with little Ruby sporting a vibrant bike helmet while being cradled by her doting father.
