Megan and Brian welcomed their first child, Noah, in 2012, two years after tying the knot.
“We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. He is healthy, happy, and perfect,” Megan wrote via Facebook on September 27, 2012. “We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love. Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes. May God bless you and your families abundantly.”

Megan announced she was expecting her first child with the “Home” rapper via Instagram on November 11, 2024, after previously experiencing a miscarriage.
“Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” Megan captioned the post, which included a photo of a positive at-home pregnancy test.
In November 2023, Megan revealed that she suffered a miscarriage with MGK, though she did not disclose when it happened.
“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately …trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” Megan said during an appearance on Good Morning America.
The same month, Megan released a poem book titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, and she detailed the miscarriage within one of the rhymes. After revealing she lost her unborn child at 10 weeks old, she wrote, “There is an ultrasound by your side of the / bed / Do you think that if she could have / she would have left a suicide note?”
