MRS Hinch has admitted she would be lying if she said she is doing well, just days after announcing her pregnancy news.
Just last week, the influencer, 34, revealed on Instagram that she is expecting another bundle of joy with her husband Jamie.
The mum-of-two, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, is pregnant with her third child, another boy.
But now, Sophie has responded to fans who are eager to know how she is doing, just months after the death of her father, Alan.
Posting on her Instagram stories, the cleaning fanatic responded to a comment from a fan which simply read: ‘Plain and simple, how are you?’
To this, Sophie opened up: “If I was to say I’m doing well… I would be lying.
“When I’m with my family, I feel myself smiling through distraction and routine but then an hour later, when grief hits again, I’m on the floor crying back to square one.
“So I don’t really know how to answer this one guys but what I do know is I am so lucky to have a family that needs me.
“Our Ron and Len are just everything, and now I’m growing our baby boy that I believe Dad sent us to heal our hearts.
“So we keep going. I know anyone who’s experienced grief will completely understand.
“We move… because we have to.
“Sending love to you all on this journey, it’s beyond words really.”

“It was a mixture of every emotion but all above happiness, comfort, healing and pure love.”
As well as this, when asked ‘Did you video find out it was a beautiful boy?’, Sophie confirmed to her 4.8 million followers: “The place we wanted to sit to find out is somewhere I won’t share publicly. I'm sorry.
“We wanted to be as close to my Dad as possible so that’s what we did.

In the short video, Jamie was seen painting the words "Baby boy #3" on a wall inside their house, while their sons Ronnie, five, and Lennie, three, added their hand prints around the message.
As the clip went on, a black-and-white filter faded away, revealing blue paint on the wall to signify that another boy is on the way.
It then cut to Sophie cradling her bump in a black catsuit.
The cleaning guru paid tribute to her late dad Alan in her caption, writing: “Heaven was too far to visit, so you sent us a special gift from up above.
“I have no doubt you sent him to us Dad, to fill our hearts with so much love.
