"So I went and got them made smaller. So, now listen up, if I take my bra off they're firm and pert just like an 18-year-old's."
Kim appeared on the ITV reality show back in 2009 and said she was shocked that they aired her washing herself. She continued: "Mind you at the time I was in my 60s and they wanted to film a nude woman who flashing their purlies.
"They were all wrinkled and crinkled and my knockers were hanging down to my waist. They were that desperate to see a body that they needed to look at an old woman's, the dirty beggars."
Kim also revealed that she's been keeping in "good nick" since the show but attributes that to some surgical enhancements. She said: "A bit of surgery has come into play. I'm also not sitting here going to say, what all celebs say that look very good for their age 'I've had nothing done'. Oh, shut up, of course you have.
"Would you want to walk around with everything hanging all over the place? When it starts hanging dear and when you look at yourself looking like a plate of crumpets.
"I've got to get stuff done, I've got a few bob in the bank, why not? Look, I've got lie in a coffin rotting away, smelling and all wrinkled. I'm not gonna do that when I'm on the earth."
When asked what else she would like to go under the knife for, Kim said: "There's a bit of flab under here," as she pointed to under her arm. "You'll never see me in a sleeveless evening gown, but I've been kept in good nick," she quipped.
