The social media star, who appeared on the latest series of the ITV show, revealed she headed into A&E with her girlfriend Ella Rutherford. She admitted the pair had a nightmare moment in hospital as she shared a photo from the waiting room to her followers. GK - real name Grace Keeling - said: "Currently in A&E with Ella, the emetophobia and germ phobia has been confirmed.

"Walked in to a woman throwing up and passing out. If I ever break a bone or do anything that needs me to attend A&E just let me die." GK's girlfriend Ella supported her during her time in the Australian jungle as she appeared alongside the likes of Tulisa Contostavlos, Maura Higgins, Coleen Rooney and Danny Jones.

Upon leaving the competition, Grace, 25, was greeted on the famous bridge by her footballer girlfriend Ella, with the pair embracing one another with a huge kiss and hug. They also couldn't resist packing on the PDA on their way home as they shared kisses on their flight back.

Following her departure, Grace opened up on her decision to speak publicly about her romance with Ella. "Before I went in, I was quite private about my relationship… I didn't say her name or anything, but I just thought, I really want to connect with these people and relate to a lot of them, " she told the Mirror. She added: "So when I was talking with Dean [McCullough], I wanted to be as open as possible and I just thought, you know what, I'm just going to say it. I was like, I can't sit there and not say how I feel."

While they spent time apart during Grace's stay in the jungle, it seems as though they are planning to never be apart again. Grace revealed that Ella vowed that they "must be joined at the hip at all times" following her jungle exit. GK opened up on her sexuality while on the show as she revealed: "Obviously online I’d been like I’d slept with girls or whatever as well, but I’d only dated men."

The social media star said: "It was by accident I found Ella, through a mutual friend and then I really liked her the first day I met her but I'd never told my parents." She added thy were already familiar with the name: "I’d mentioned, 'Oh I'm just going to see my friend Ella' or 'I'm staying round Ella's so they'd heard her name."

The moment of truth came when her parents questioned who Ella was during a visit, and GK confessed: "Oh, she's my girlfriend". Thankfully, her parents embraced Ella wholeheartedly: "They just love her, they never had an issue with it." With a touch of humour, she noted: "To be fair I feel like the closet may have been glass!"
