Speaking to co-host Pete Wicks, he said: "The timings are quite awkward because obviously we are live in UK time. So, we go to bed at 4pm every day in Australia and wake up at midnight. Which is going to be wild."

Pete - who is currently taking part in the 20th anniversary series of Strictly Come Dancing expressed to Sam: "You don't cope well with change and what Sam said to me when he told me this last week is 'I've just been to the doctor and I've got 24 sleeping pills.'"

Sam had stated that he got the tablets "just in case," to deal with the time difference.

The new series of the hit contest starts on Sunday, November 17 on ITV, with the new spin off show on straight after.
