When I was a videogame writer, I spent a lot of time comparing more expensive, ergonomic chairs, with cheaper variations - and with all that in mind, I've compiled a list of my top 5 gaming chairs currently on sale on Amazon.

Boasting an ergonomic design with lumbar support, perfect for long gaming sessions that won't leave your back hurting, this black leather model is luxuriously designed to support and comfort your body.
This chair does come in various colours, as well as sporting a children's version, but it's only this black item that's sporting such a nice discount.
2. Bigzzia Ergonomic Gaming Chair

With a lower back support cushion, which can be removed, as well as an additional neck/head rest at the top of the chair, this pick comes with your choice of a footrest - though it is the no-footrest option that is up for grabs with £20 off.
Much like the above option, this chair from Bigzzia does come in a variety of colourways, but its the red to look out for if you're looking for a deal.
3. Symino Gaming Chair

Armed with a footrest, as well as similiarly removeable neck and back supportive cushions, this grey number is set to suit any interior's aesthetic. This Bigzzia chair is relatively similar to the previous Bigzzia model, it has a lumbar support cushion that can be removed, alongside a headrest cushion, this beauty features plush material and padding that prioritises comfort - ideal for those hours of gameplay. And, this blue gem's RBG additions can be controlled by a remote device, so you can easily select and switch between your desired colour.
5. Gaming Chair with Cat Ears

Other retailers are also offering discounts on some must-have gaming chairs, if you'd prerfer to shop elsewhere. Debenhams has axed this Rattantree ergonomic gaming chair by nearly £100, as it's now up for grabs for £89. Or, check out this model for £105, down from £159.
