Adam Lambert has unveiled a surprising new look following his extreme weight loss.

The singer, 42, was snapped looking sharp in New York City wearing a bold blue suit, black boots and shades.

The colour-blocking look only emphasised his new svelte frame as he strutted down the pavement and smiled for the cameras.

The artist looked fashionable as he accessorized with several rings which he showed off as he flashed the peace sign.

Adam was in New York attending the Today Show, which explains his trendy camera-ready appearance.

The star shed 60lbs earlier this year and revealed to fans that his new look was due to a weight loss drug.

Taking to Instagram Live earlier this year in March, Adam discussed Oprah Winfrey’s documentary titled An Oprah Special: Shame, Blame, and the Weight Loss Revolution, and opened up about his own health and weight loss journey.

‘I’m dropping some tea on you guys right now. I’ve been on Mounjaro for the last I think, what, eight months?’ he revealed.

Mounjaro is like Ozempic, a type of drug that treats type 2 diabetes and can lower blood sugar levels in individuals. The star explained that his blood sugar levels were high and near a diabetic level.

‘And I’ve lost almost 60 pounds,’ the star continued. ‘I feel amazing. I still eat, but I eat lighter, and I eat less.’

He then touched on some of the controversy about people using the drug: ‘And I know that there’s a lot of chatter about, “Oh, you’re taking it away from diabetes patients.” I mean, quite frankly, that’s the pharmaceutical industry’s issue, not mine. They need to keep up with production.’

He said that since taking the drug he feels better in his body: ‘I feel better, I feel more confident. I feel, my actual body feels better. My digestive system feels more regulated.’

The day before Adam’s blue look in New York, he was once again snapped in the city in a camel coat, oversized shades and a trendy combination of a silky brown shirt and a pair of navy jeans.

This look once again highlighted the singer’s changed appearance.

Only a couple of years ago the singer sported a rather different look, with a different body type and facial hair.

That said, he’s always been a snappy dresser and opted for unconventional eye-catching fits.

The former American Idol contestant first came to fame in 2009 after competing in the singing competition, in which he came runner-up to Kris Allen.

The artist has released five studio albums and has toured with Queen on several occasions.

The vocalist first went on tour with the iconic rock band in 2012 and has joined the band for five tours, most recently in 2024 with the Queen and Adam Lambert The Rhapsody Tour.
