Heritage British brand Barbour has teamed up with cult New York-based label Noah on a sixth capsule collaboration collection for SS25, launching on 27 February 2025. The six-piece collection "seamlessly merges Barbour’s timeless craftsmanship with Noah’s surf and skate influences", resulting in a contemporary yet nostalgic take on classic menswear. Iconic Barbour archival pieces have been reinvented with Noah’s signature design aesthetic and the collection features a soft pastel palette of pink, green and blue across two jackets, two t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a hoodie. The Barbour x Noah ‘Wading’ jacket draws inspiration from Barbour’s ‘Spey’ jacket - originally crafted for waist-deep wading while fishing. It comes in a cropped, boxy silhouette and is designed to pair with high-waisted trousers, featuring two patch pockets and Barbour’s distinctive D-ring on the chest. Available in mint green, brown and black, the jacket is made from lightweight cotton. Another standout piece is the Barbour x Noah pink-based Madras check ‘Bedale’ jacket, while the ‘Northeast Sweatshirt’ pays tribute to the scenic coastlines that connect both brands. There’s also the ‘Archive Swan T-shirt’, which features a vintage Barbour catalogue image of a lone swan gliding through dark waters, paired with the playful slogan: ‘Who cares if it rains?’
