Inside DJ Khaled’s 2024 We The Best Golf Tournament Reception

DJ Khaled kicked off his Second Annual We The Best Foundation x Jordan Golf Classic on Wednesday (Dec. 4) with an event reception. The event served as a prologue to the “We The Best Weekend” in Miami, with the Golf Classic taking place on Thursday (Dec. 5) and then a celebration at LIV with DJ Khaled on Friday (Dec. 6). But back to the reception.

Stars from all over the world of entertainment descended upon Florida for a night of celebration spearheaded by the boisterous Hip-Hop personality. Across a series of Instagram videos, Khaled recapped the night of celebration and good vibes as he showed off former NBA star Alonzo Mourning engaging the crowd, displaying storied golf accolades, and schmoozing with his peers.

“Im be pulling up soon at the @wethebestfoundation @jumpman23 reception dinner /auction /celebration Welcome to MIAMI . Oh yeah did I mention you win a Rolls-Royce Spectre if you get a hole in one tomorrow at the golf classic in the meantime, see you at the reception tonight,” Khaled typed on IG.

While it isn’t particularly clear what the goal of the “We The Best” weekend is, the official site for Khaled foundation details the organization’s mission as “enriching the lives of the next generation.”

“We The Best Foundation is a 501c3 organization dedicated to enriching the lives of the next generation – from childhood to adulthood. We support non-profit organizations and individuals in underserved communities in efforts that aid them towards becoming the best version of themselves,” the site reads.
