Katie Price has spent around £100k on her appearance over decades, undergoing numerous procedures.
The former glamour model shared that she is planning her third Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), announcing the news on Instagram with the caption: “BBL pending.” She excitedly revealed that she had already had a consultation to enhance her bum to match the size of her lips.
Katie confirmed the procedure would take place in January, adding that the use of ultrasound technology would make the surgery safer than before. “So get used to the big lips because soon I’m going to have a bubble butt,” she teased.
Katie, now 46, has been in the public eye for nearly three decades, and her transformation has been dramatic. She has undergone various surgeries, including a facelift and boob reduction during a recent trip to Turkey. Her ongoing transformations have raised questions about her relationship with body image, and Katie herself has hinted at the possibility of having body dysmorphia—a mental health condition where an individual obsessively worries about their appearance. On the Go Love Yourself! podcast, she admitted: “I’ve never thought I’m good-looking, and I still don’t,” adding that her constant changes might be due to body dysmorphia.

PA)BBLs in Turkey typically cost around £3,000, and Katie’s two previous BBLs are just part of her extensive surgery history. Her breast augmentations began at 20, when she went from a 32B to a 32C, with each surgery costing around £4,500. At 21, she increased her bust size to a D cup, later upgrading to an F cup, and in 2006, to a G cup. Katie has had numerous breast augmentations since. On average, boob jobs in the UK cost between £3,500 and £8,000, according to the NHS.
Katie is also a regular user of Botox, having previously revealed that she gets treatments every six months to freeze the wrinkles around her forehead and eyes. Other procedures she has undergone include rhinoplasty (costing between £4,000 and £7,000) and a set of veneers costing around £25,000.
After having Botox done, Katie firmly insisted that she would never undergo a facelift. However, in 2017 she underwent a 'Silhouette' face lift - a procedure which lifts sagging cheeks and jawline by stitching under the skin to sculpt features. Then just one year later, aged 40, she went back under the knife and had her second facelift, claiming her first face lift was a botched job. Each revision likely could have costed anywhere between £9,000 and £15,000.
Katie jetted to Turkey to overhaul her entire look with a full body transformation in 2019 where she had her third facelift. And just three months later she returned to the clinic for some alterations to her face lift, as well as another boob job at the same time.

Katie's friends have reportedly expressed concerns that the former glamour model is putting herself in "serious danger" with her continued cosmetic surgery.
The insider revealed: "Katie not only wants the biggest lips and boobs in the business but, in a shocking revelation made at The Glamour Awards, she also wants the smallest waist, setting her sights on 22 inches.

Speaking on Radio 4's Women's Hour in March this year, Katie explained why she has had so many procedures over the years: "I don't have surgery to look younger. I don't know what it is, but I definitely have a relationship with the surgery, I think, about not feeling probably good enough, or needy, or not very pretty."
