Insiders Reveal if Kevin Costner & Jennifer Lopez Are ‘Seriously Involved’ with One Another Already

Kevin Costner and Jennifer Lopez‘s potential romance has been the talk of the town for weeks now, with so many fans wondering what the heck is going on between the newly-single stars. While some outlets claim they’re working to find time for one another, a close source just said that a serious romance may not be in the cards for them right now.

In case you missed it, a close source spoke with People about their possible A-list romance, revealing where Costner’s mindset on dating is right now. Hint: he may not be in a serious relationship again for quite some time.

“He is not seriously involved with anyone and not necessarily looking for anything more than that right now,” they said to the outlet, noting how he’s spent most of his time with his kids and dog. He is “in a good place and having fun with his family and friends.”

So, while he’s not looking for anything serious right now, that still doesn’t mean he and Lopez aren’t talking right now. They may be in the fun, flirty stage, but maybe that’ll be all it will be.

However, we love that Costner is spending so much time with his loved ones, especially during such a crazy time. But fans are still keeping their eyes peeled for him and Lopez.

Earlier this month, insiders at Closer Online UK claimed Lopez and Costner were spotted sharing a drink. They were spotted chatting with pals, and being rather close together while both were vacationing in Aspen. They claimed they hit it off immediately, and have been talking a lot since, so things may be heating up with the two stars. (And even their pals are rooting for them!)

For those who don’t know, Lopez became single again in 2024 after a two-year marriage to Ben Affleck. As for Costner, he and Christine Baumgartner were together for nearly 20 years until they divorced in 2024. So both are single, and seemingly ready to mingle a bit.
