For over a year, actress and former pin-up girl Pamela Anderson has been adopting a no-nonsense approach to beauty by going makeup-free.
And now it appears she has an equally famous ally after Drew Barrymore appeared on her own talk show sans the glam.
The two first gave a sneak peek of what to expect in an excerpt shared to The Drew Barrymore Show's TikTok account, in which Anderson talked about her decision to stop wearing makeup last year.

The clip began with a makeup-free Barrymore telling her guest, "I really think you own this space.
"I think you're the pioneer of, certainly, what we are doing here today. It is a big honour... I think you're...," she began before she was cut off by the audience's applause.
"Oh I love it. That's amazing," Anderson said to the audience before turning back to Barrymore.
"Don't you feel free? I mean, I feel free. It's taken a while to.

"I've had my little, you know, journey with it but I'm just like, you know, we all are our own worst critics."
Anderson then recounted the moment she decided not to wear makeup to last year's Paris Fashion Week.
"[I thought] I didn't need to compete with anybody," she began.
The most awkward moments in TV talk show history
"Like, why am I wasting three hours in a makeup chair when I have these beautiful Vivienne Westwood clothes on?"
After naively thinking no one would notice, she said people soon started "coming up to me and talking about it."
"I thought, 'This is a great message.' You know, this is to really peel it back and find out who I was again. I want to remember who I was."
Anderson said she eventually realised she had been playing characters her whole life, such as a Playboy Playmate or rockstar wife, to overcome her shyness.
"And it just hit me a couple of years ago, and I was like... who am I?" she told Barrymore.
After going home and getting back to nature, she started "peeking out" without makeup before deciding she didn't want to go back to the "cartoon characters I kind of created for protection."
"I feel so empowered and so free and so excited about life again," she said.
Barrymore became so excited by Anderson's revelations that she decided to pull out her hair extensions on air.
A second clip shared to TikTok showed Barrymore and Anderson talking about the latter's new cookbook, I Love You: Recipes from the heart.
