Jadakiss has revealed that the greatest party he’s ever attended was thrown by none other than Sean “Diddy” Combs, the disgraced mogul currently incarcerated on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

During an appearance with his son, rapper Jae’Won, on the Complex series GOAT Talk, Jadakiss was asked to name the most memorable party he’s been to.

According to Jada, the answer was undoubtedly a shindig thrown by Diddy, the founder of Bad Boy Records, which the Yonkers native was signed to during the late ’90s as a member of rap trio The LOX.

“Me? It’s, by far, it was a Diddy party,” Jada admitted. “You know we was signed to Bad Boy, so we had some of the best parties we ever was in, in our life. It was Diddy parties,” he added.

However, the rapper was clear to specify that the parties he referenced were held years prior to Diddy’s alleged sexual and criminal misconduct, which include alleged predatory behavior at Diddy’s notorious “freak-off” parties.

“This is long before anything, any allegations, or any of that,” Jada said of the period during which those parties occurred. “We was only going to house parties and gymnasiums.”

He then recalled a particular party that stands out from the rest, which took place in midtown Manhattan during the late ’90s, as his personal favorite of all-time.

“My GOAT party used to be a place called Metrodome on 20 something street we had a launch to the tour party. We had a party, then the tour buses was outside, and then we went on tour after the party. That was the GOAT party. That was incredible. The parking lot was filled with tour buses.”

Jadakiss and The LOX signed with Bad Boy Records in 1996, releasing Money, Power & Respect, their debut album, in 1998. The group would depart from Bad Boy the following year, signing with Ruff Ryders and releasing their sophomore album, We Are the Streets, their most acclaimed album to date.
