Cardello-Smith claims he lost consciousness shortly after and woke up to Diddy engaging in sexual acts with a woman.. "He looked at me and said, 'I did this to you too!'" Cardello-Smith alleges in his complaint.

The lawsuit, demanding $400 million in damages, has been met with fierce opposition from Diddy's legal team, who called the claims "baseless."
