The jury in the YSL trial was shown a stabbing altercation between YFL Lucci and an alleged YSL rival which later surfaced online.
As the trials played out for Young Thug and YFN Lucci both reached plea deals to regain their freedom. Young Thug was released last week with extensive conditions. One release condition essentially bars him from being in Atlanta for over a decade without prior approval. YFN Lucci reached a plea deal that reportedly set his release for January 2025. With the extensive history of beef between the rappers and their crews it’s understandable why certain restrictions are in place.
The beef prompted officials to house Young Thug and YFN Lucci in separate jails in the Atlanta area. Young Thug served time in Cobb County jail while 650 LUC served his time in an Atlanta city jail. During Lucci’s incarceration, he became the victim of a violent inmate stabbing. Reportedly his stabbing which can be seen as an attempted murder was a major factor prompting the YSL indictment. Allegedly YSL Tripp was the inmate who stabbed Lucci and recently the footage was shared in the YSL trial. Prosecutors are alleging the stabbing is supporting evidence of YSL associates acting on behalf of the gang.
