Jhené Aiko’s home fell victim to the ongoing catastrophic Los Angeles wildfires just like thousands of other people. The R&B singer recently took to her official Instagram account to reveal the heartbreaking news of her house burning in the massive fire through a Story. In the photo posted in her Instagram Story, Aiko further disclosed that she and her family members were not present at home at the time the horrifying incident was taking place.

The singer shared the news on Instagram by posting a Story. It displayed the horrifying photograph of her home caught on fire. In a text written on the photo, she explained that she received the photo from one of her neighbors.
Aiko also revealed that she was not in the town at that time. The artist wrote, “a neighbor sent this picture of our home while we were out of town.” She then further explained that she and her family were “supposed to be coming back the same day.”
In another caption written over the same Instagram Story, Jhené Aiko addressed misinformation about her home in different blogs. The artist explained while referring to the still, “this was my home for all you misinformed blogs posting a different house.”
Besides Jhené Aiko, many other Hollywood celebrities lost their homes in the unthinkable California wildfires. The list includes Joshua Jackson, Milo Ventimiglia, Paris Hilton, Tina Knowles, Adam Brody, and Leighton Meester, among others.
As reported by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, as of now a total of 40,588 acres have been perished by the Hurst, Palisades, and Eaton wildfires. It has destroyed over 12,300 structures.
