Jonathan Ross is said to be trying to stop a new housing estate being built next to his lavish Dorset farmhouse.
However, the star has been dealt a blow in his efforts with new plans showing the vast size of the project. The TV presenter, 64, opened up on the "distressing loss of privacy" in the summer after plans revealed a potential 93 homes were going to be built on a former school site near his £2million property.
Now, despite his concerns, it's claimed a second site has also been put up for sale. In the brochure for the development, it claims there has been a "positive pre-application response" for another 92 new properties.

Jonathan previously revealed he had turned down “many approaches” from developers to buy up his land as he “was conscious of the impact” new dwellings “would have on the entire community”.
His letter of objection to Dorset Council regarding the plans said: “Building up the height of current buildings would mean our property would be directly overlooked. We have bedrooms that face towards the proposed development. The loss of privacy would cause a great deal of stress."
It added: "We are also concerned about the change to the fabric of local life caused by so many new dwellings in the area, and the direct impact on traffic and amenities. We've been approached many times by developers asking to buy our land for the same purpose and refuse because we are conscious of the impact it would have on the entire community. Building work on this scale would have a negative impact on wildlife."
Montagu Evans say the landowner had a development scheme drawn up by architects which showed plans for 53 houses and 39 flats. This summer, the plans were submitted to the council for pre-application. It's said they received in writing an 'acceptance in principle'.
While Jonathan and Jane's thoughts on the new development are yet to be known, it's likely due to their their initial frustration that they will be against the proposal.
Commenting on the current market, Montagu Evans explained the site is considered to be a "premium location" and has a high demand from buyers. They said " The convenient position in close proximity to the town centre (14-minute walk) and beachfront (seven-minute walk) will help to appeal to local buyers and provide strong market facing sales values."
