After being added to a r*pe lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, Jay-Z and his attorneys immediately hit back, demanding that the alleged victim be forced to reveal her identity.
Jane Doe claims she was just 13 years old when she was r*ped by Diddy and Jay-Z while a third celebrity watched on.
Jay-Z released a PR statement immediately, denying the allegations and accusing the victim of extortion.
The judge was not impressed with his request to expose the victim’s real name.
“Carter’s lawyer’s relentless filing of combative motions containing inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks is inappropriate, a waste of judicial resources, and a tactic unlikely to benefit his client,” Judge Analisa Torres said, referring to Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro. “The Court will not fast-track the judicial process merely because counsel demands it,” she continued.
Spiro has claimed that his celebrity client is “upset” over the situation. Jay-Z has also distanced himself from Diddy, claiming they were never friends.
